All Gay Men are Sexual Addicts. That is Absurd!

To believe that all gay men are sexual addicts is unfortunate because it is not true. And it is irresponsible to spread the idea that all gay men are sexual addicts or claim that homosexuality is a sexual addiction. Sexual addiction does not explain gay men’s homosexuality. Sexual addiction does not explain straight men’s heterosexuality. Sexual addiction explains out of control sexualized behavior that creates overwhelming life problems and consequences whether the person is straight or gay. So some gay men are sexual addicts, and some straight men are sexual addicts. Period.
